Les Jardins De La Koutoubia Hotel Marrakesh

The hotel's outdoor pool was the best part of our stay, providing a peaceful oasis amidst the chaos outside. We also loved the fact that we were upgraded to a mini-suite with a terrace, giving us a nice private space to relax. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, great to easily explore the area and experience the charm of another era.

the hotel was not forthcoming with the costs of additional services such as transportation, mini-bar, and food, resulting in additional unexpected expenses.

the service provided by the staff was impeccable and they excellently met my needs.

The only minor issue I found here was the difficulty in finding the hotel's entrance. the pathway was not very well lit and could be confusing at times to navigate through.

Staff and location were very good, I really enjoyed that. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, an electronic key card and a multi-channel television were a nice touch. Positioned in the lovely area, just off the grand Mosque and the Medina. Also, a main square was not far.

The spacious room I stayed in, the Koutoubia suite, was fine and just steps away from the pool. The breakfast spread was very nice, with an array of dishes freshly prepared right in front of me, including eggs and crepes. I also had the pleasure of dining at the Paris restaurant, where they served delicious Steak Tartare. The heated rooftop pool was perfect for soaking up the sun all day long. The staff at the reception desk were courteous and helpful, making my experience even more pleasant. I even received a homemade cake as a birthday surprise, a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, spacious rooms, delicious food, and attentive service.

Beautifully renovated palace with amazing staff, rooftop, and spa. Convenient location within the medina and souks. Comfortable beds and immaculate rooms with thoughtful touches. Pools and restaurants are a must-visit. Photogenic and picturesque atmosphere throughout. 👌

This hotel is a luxurious oasis in the heart of the city. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and beautiful sun terrace, fulfilled all my leisure needs. the staff provided excellent service, giving me a relaxing massage and serving delicious food at the restaurant. Plus, the location advantages allowed me to easily access the city's attractions.

We loved everything about this hotel! Sumptuous breakfast, spacious mini-suite, polite and accommodating staff. Fantastic rooftop pool oasis with eclectic menu. Peaceful main pool surrounded by palm trees and comfortable loungers.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. It was close to all the other tourist sites in the city center. The breakfast served was delicious, with options including continental, cooked dishes, and freshly made pancakes and omelettes. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing personal assistance with transfers and tours.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.
